Deep in an overloaded psychological swamp the 1970s tele-marketing pioneer Crazy Eddie, Jim Carrey’s Cable Guy, Seinfeld’s Kramer and Figaro all meet to discuss… well just to shout over each other really. They might not know what they’re selling you but YOU WILL BUY IT.
Composed after digesting Sianne Ngai’s writing on the cultural, economic and political origins of the zany aesthetic.
